This list is dedicated to the care and maintenance of Chelonians ( which include the turtle and tortoise ) in captivity. All matters of natural history and husbandry including diet, feeding, environment, health and the housing of all Chelonians are open for discussion.

There are many lists out there that tell you what you should do in the care of your Turtle or Tortoise. This list aims to suggest you what you could do.

So, come on in... kick off your shoes... and stay a while. Let's talk tortoise.
