isaac, it's not Aglais urticae any more. the indian entity, rizana, is now considered a full species, Nymphalis rizana Moore, 1872; not a subspecies as N. urticae rizana. however, the english name - Mountain Tortoiseshell - should be good because Evans gave that name to rizana, and it should carry the name irrespective of its taxonomic slot. N. urticae already has another english name, so that is convenient.
