I am looking for flea medicine for a 20 pound dog and over 80 pound dog and also
seeking heartworm pill.I do not feel comfortable and safe making my own

I recently accepted an 8 week old Italian Greyhound puppy into my rescue, I was
prepared to deal with a dislocated elbow the owner had just had surgically
repaired.  What she didn't tell me is this puppy had severe inguinal hernias
that need urgent repair, this puppy's life is in danger if these aren't repaired
immediately due to the size of the hernias.  I have a vet willing to do the
surgeries at a greatly reduced cost of $300, and I also need to raise funds to
pay for the physical therapy/rehab for this puppy to deal with the dislocated
elbow, and her transport from her current location in Portland, Oregon to my
place in northern Utah where she will remain until she's well enough to be
adopted.  I can also really use donations of puppy pads (especially the washable
type), non-corded heating pads (such as snuggle safe), thick, soft blankets, and
high quality puppy food to help care for her until she's adopted. We're also
seeking any item in good condition that we may be able to resell or auction off
to help raise funds to help Martini and other dogs like her in our rescue group.
I recently lost my job, and my donations for my rescue group are down, making
unexpected medical expenses like this very difficult to manage.  It's hard when
owners aren't honest when they surrender the dog - Had I known about the hernia
at the time of surrender, I wouldn't have accepted her into my program due to
lack of funds, but my volunteer that picked her up didn't know that, so now I'm

We are in desperate need of frontline or something similar for our 2 adult
female cats.  I was laid off from my job about a month ago and am busy taking
care of a disabled husband.  We have no income other than his disability and no
running vehicle.  I'm very allergic to fleas and spent the last of our money on
flea spray and Dawn soap, neither of which worked.  Our local vets and humane
society are unable to help as they are at capacity.  My two fur babies are
miserable and I'm just at a loss about what else I can do.  We live in Jackson,

I have 2 great danes one i have rescued the other i have had I dont have any bed
for them large enough and neither one handles sheets very well they tear up
rather quickly due to very large feet with claws. I live in union grove alabama
if qanyone can help that would be great.
   i also have rescued 3 cats full grown and i only have a small litter box so I
have to change it rather quickly if anyone has a larger one that would be
wonderful.

People for Animals is looking for a full time neuter scooter driver for 40
hours. The driver would be picking up animals from various shelters and bringing
them to the clinic for neutering. Early morning hours of either 6 or 7 am to 2
or 3 pm are required and you must have a valid NJ driver's license with a clean
driving history. Some computer skills preferred.  Must be able to pick up at
least a 45 lb. dog Handling animals is a must.

Two furbabies were abandoned and left without food and water for over a week.
They were locked in a room and were so starved,they were eating plastic, paper,
and even their own feces. These two sweet puppies are my newest rescues and are
now safe, fed, and cared for. I have named them Rusty (brown male) & Roxie
(black/white female). I am on a fixed income and have no assistance with funding
care for these two sweeties. If anyone can help by donating puppy food, treats,
blankets/bedding, etc., it will be greatly appreciated. If you would like to

I adopted a dog from humane society and this will be his first christmas with us
so i want to try and take him for his first grooming appointment and also
donations via paypal helenbuelow@... would allow me to get him what he
really needs

I have a mini Pom named Jerry that I have posted about before. His hips and
knees are in horrible shape and he tries to walk on them most of the time but
when he does both legs just seem to wobble and he can't decide which on he
should limp on. I know for a fact that his left hip has come out of place. He
needs extensive surgery from what the last vet told me because of his hips and
his poor knees but there's no way that we can afford $3-$4000 worth of surgeries
since we have already payed out almost $1600 the first time his right hip came
out of place. Does anyone know of any organization that would help Jerry for
free in NC? Or can anyone give me any advice on what to do for him. He only has
a couple more days of pain meds left.


Also, we just rescued a maltese that we have named Sissy. She is the most
skittish and timid dog that I have ever had to work with. We've had her for two
weeks and she hasn't changed much when it comes to her behavior so I am left
scratching my head. She is only really attached to me but I can do almost
anything to scare her off. She is scared of my children and my husband and just
shakes. She will only eat canned dog food and thats if I walk away for her to
eat it. Is there a way to help her cope or get over this fear that she has and
to help her learn that we are not going to abuse her like her last owners did?
We do give her lots of love and attention.
